1. Services
1.1. The Marketplace Model: The Platform acts as a digital intermediary
that allows users to discover, book, and schedule various home-based services (“Pro
Services”) performed by independent third-party service professionals (“Service
Professionals”).
1.2. No Agency or Employment: You explicitly acknowledge that Service
Professionals are not employees, partners, agents, or joint-venturers of [The Company].
The Company does not provide Pro Services itself; it only provides the technological
infrastructure to facilitate such transactions.
1.3. Modification of Services: The Company reserves the right to add,
modify, or discontinue any category of Pro Services at its sole discretion without prior
notice.
2. Account Creation
2.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the
legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. Use of the Platform is void where
prohibited by law.
2.2. Verification: You may be required to verify your phone number via
a One-Time Password (OTP). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete
information and update it immediately upon any changes.
2.3. Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all
activities, including bookings and payments, made through your account. You must notify
us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
3. User Content
3.1. Content Definition: "User Content" includes reviews, ratings,
photographs, or feedback posted by you.
3.2. License Grant: By posting User Content, you grant the Company a
perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and sub-licensable license to use,
reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such content in any media format.
3.3. Standard of Conduct: You warrant that your User Content does not
violate any third-party intellectual property rights, is not defamatory, and does not
contain "spam" or malicious code. We reserve the right to remove any content that
violates these standards.
4. Consent to Use Data
4.1. Data Processing: Your use of the Platform is governed by our
Privacy Policy. You agree that we may collect, store, and process your personal data
(including location and contact details) to facilitate services.
4.2. Marketing Communications: By creating an account, you consent to
receive transactional and promotional communications via SMS, Email, WhatsApp, and Push
Notifications. You may opt-out of promotional messages through your account settings.
4.3. Call Masking: For privacy and security, we may use call-masking
technology. You consent to the recording and monitoring of such calls for quality
assurance, safety, and dispute resolution purposes.
5. Bookings
5.1. Acceptance: A request for a Pro Service is an offer that is only
accepted when a Service Professional is assigned and you receive a confirmation
notification.
5.2. Right to Refuse: The Company and Service Professionals reserve the
right to refuse a booking for reasons including, but not limited to, safety concerns,
inaccurate address, or previous history of user misconduct.
5.3. Rescheduling: Any rescheduling must be done through the Platform.

6. PRICING, FEES, AND PAYMENT TERMS

6.2. Payment Methods: We support various payment methods (Credit/Debit
cards, UPI, Wallets, Net Banking). You authorize the Company to charge your chosen
method for all confirmed bookings.
6.3. Collection Agency: The Company acts as a limited payment
collection agent for the Service Professional. Receipt of payment by the Company
constitutes the discharge of your payment obligation to the Professional.
6.4. Cancellation Fees: If you cancel a booking after the professional
has reached the location or within a specified "cooling-off" period, you agree to pay a
cancellation fee to compensate for the professional's time and travel.
7. Customer Conduct
7.1. Behavioral Standards: You agree to treat all Service Professionals
with dignity and respect. Any form of verbal abuse, physical threat, sexual harassment,
or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or disability is strictly prohibited.
7.2. Safe Workspace: You must ensure the premises where services are to
be performed are safe and that the Service Professional has a secure environment to work
in.
7.3. No Direct Engagement: You shall not solicit or enter into private
service agreements with Service Professionals outside of the Platform. Any violation may
result in the permanent suspension of your account and the voiding of all service
warranties.
8. Third-Party Services
8.1.Integrations: The Platform may use third-party maps, payment
processors, and cloud infrastructure.
8.2. External Links: Links to third-party websites are provided for
convenience only. We do not endorse or assume liability for the content, privacy
policies, or practices of third-party sites.
8.3. Disclaimer: Any loss or damage arising from your use of
Third-Party Services is solely between you and that third party.
9. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
9.1.Accuracy of Scope: You must provide a precise description of the
work required. If the actual work exceeds the scope described, the Service Professional
may revise the quote or refuse the service.
9.2. Utility Provision: You are responsible for providing basic
utilities (electricity, water, lighting) necessary to complete the service.
9.3. Valuables: You must secure all valuables (cash, jewelry,
electronics). The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage to items not related
to the service area.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1. Ownership: All rights in the Platform, including the "look and
feel," text, graphics, trademarks, and source code, belong to [The Company] or its
licensors.
10.2. Restrictions: You shall not:
(i) use any "robot" or "spider"
to monitor or copy Platform content;
(ii) bypass any measures we use to prevent or
restrict access; or
(iii) reverse-engineer any part of the mobile application.
11. Term & Termination

the Platform until terminated.
11.2. Suspension: We may suspend your access immediately if we suspect
fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.
11.3. Termination: You may terminate your account at any time. Upon
termination, all licenses granted to you shall cease, but your obligation to pay for
completed services remains.
12. Disclaimers & Liability
12.1. No Service Warranty: The Company disclaims all warranties
regarding the quality of Pro Services. While we perform background checks, we do not
guarantee that the services will meet your expectations or be error-free.
12.2. Limited Happiness Guarantee: If the Company offers a "Happiness
Guarantee," it is subject to the specific terms (e.g., claim must be filed within [X]
hours, the service must not have been tampered with).
12.3. Liability Limitation: In no event shall the Company be liable for
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the
amount paid by you for the specific booking in dispute.
13. INDEMNITY
13.1.You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its parent company,
affiliates, and their respective officers and employees from any claims, suits, or
demands (including reasonable attorney fees) made by any third party (including Service
Professionals) due to your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your
negligence while receiving Pro Services.
14. JURISDICTION, GOVERNING LAWS, AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
14.1. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of India.
14.2. Amicable Settlement: Parties agree to attempt to resolve any
dispute through mutual discussion for at least 30 days.
14.3. Arbitration: If unresolved, the dispute shall be settled via
